Songwriting.

The quality of the song is what matters most. At Innovate, we’re committed to never releasing “filler songs” or really any song that we believe is anything below incredible. This is why we co-write with our artists and labor over the right words said in the right way to communicate the most emotion & meaning possible. Jordan has read many books on songwriting and attended 15 conferences and now is often being booked to teach songwriting at those same conferences such as ROAD RALLY, Worship424, SING!, Synergy, Northwoods Songwriting Retreat & more.

Production.

Jordan Biel has over 13 years of music production experience and he brings his expertise to every song. His songs have over 5 million streams on Spotify and have sold over 12,000 physical albums. Over 50 songs have been approved by TAXI & sent to Film Music Libraries with 5 star ratings on production quality with comments such as “sounds amazing!” “keep up the great work” & “keep sending us songs, they sound incredible.” We use real drums, real guitars, real tube amps, real pianos and real strings played by real people. Mentoring.

Jordan loves to teach. He & his team are there for you to help with not only song-writing, but arrangment, Performance Rights Org set up, Live Event advice, career advice & even just life advice given from a Biblical perspective. This is what makes IR so unique. Jordan is also a pastor and passionate about how God and His Word shape our lives - even our music careers. Packaging.

It turns out you can judge a book by it’s cover. Photos matter. Graphic Design matters. Packaging matters. Why? Because every visual element of your EP or album communicates something. Is it communicating the right message? Is it in line with your brand? We will ensure it is. From the photo shoot, to graphic design to final proofs, we’ll take you hand in hand through every step.

Distribution.

Once your album is finalized and mastered, we distribute it to all the top stores for digital release. We take care of the heavy lifting and simply send you a check once per month for your online sales. Your music will be in every major store/app such as Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube Music, Naptser and more. Unlike other labels, Innovate only keeps 20% of all profits leaving you, the artist with 80% of all profits. Why? Our goal is to help you succeed. Period. We are 100% transparent with you and if we’re producing you it means we believe in you!

Marketing.

When your album is 70% done, we’ll begin releasing some videos on social media bout it to get the buzz going. Once it’s released, we’ll ensure your brand is consistent on all platforms such as Facebook, instagram, twitter and your website. It’s one thing to create an incredible album. It’s something entirely different to tell the right story online and that’s what marketing is - telling your story - the way you want it told so people turn into fans who turn into customers.
